What are the different tier levels and how do I reach them?

There are three tiers in our membership programme: Glow, Aura, and Luxe.

Glow – Join by creating an account, no spending required

Aura – Earn 1,000 points within your tier cycle

Luxe – Earn 3,000 points within your tier cycle

How do I earn points?

Easy! You earn points with every purchase — RM1 = 1 point.You can also earn points through activities like signing up, birthdays, daily visits and following our social media accounts.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Will my points expire?

No, your points do not expire. You can keep collecting and redeeming them at any time! Only certain rewards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly shown when you redeem them.

I am a member in Online Store, am I entitled for member points collection when purchase in showroom?

Definitely! Please notify your email to our staff upon payment at cashier!
