A backorder is to give another chance for customers to purchase an out of stock item. We will open backorders for a limited quantity only, so do place your orders early to confirm your slot.
Please only join backorder only if buyer is comfortable with the waiting period and any unforeseen delays. All backorder is estimated to arrive in 3-4 working weeks and is subjected to unforeseen circumstances.

Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.
We will fulfill and ship out all order within 24 – 72 hours (during working days) from the time of payment completion, except for item(s) under BACKORDER.
Strictly no splitting of shipment from the same order ID. By default, we will only ship your order out once backorder item(s) has arrived. For separate shipping, kindly place a separate order, both orders will be charged for delivery fees if both orders does not meet our Free Shipping terms.
