Step by step to teach you how to place an order via HERA website:
- Add the item you want into your shopping cart. Do ensure that the sizes / colours are correctly selected as there is no changes will be allowed upon checkout. - Also, you may apply coupon if there is any, key in the coupon code then click ‘APPLY COUPON’ update cart and you will see the total amount been deducted which means you applied the coupon successfully. Then, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- After checkout, you fill need to fill up the details as shown below in order to complete the order.
- After done filling up the details, kindly double check your orders and confirm your pick for shipping / self-pick up. Then, you may click ‘PLACE ORDER’. There is only one payment method to choose which is Ipay88, choose it then it will guide you to payment page.
- You will reach this ‘iPay88 Online Payment’ page as shown below. Fill in your card details and then click on ‘PROCEED’. You will receive an email once you have completed your payment. Therefore, you will receive a delivery email when the order has been shipped. Then, you completed your order and just wait calmly at home for your happy bag! 😀
- You will automatically get your account registered after filling up the details. You will get email as shown below, login with the username and change your password. Hence, you may proceed to ‘LOGIN‘ before placing order if you are a returning customer. This is important for your store credit purpose and future loyalty program by Hera.
