Return & Refund

By purchasing an item from HERA you hereby agree to the terms herein.

We accept returns on normal priced items (including bundle sets) for a full refund in store credits term within 7 working days (local) and 14 working days (international) from the delivery date. All returned items must have their original tags intact and be unwashed, unaltered and unworn. Returns can only be made one time per order ID.

The following categories are not returnable: sale items, seasonal items, orders made with promo codes or store credits (unless stated otherwise), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. The sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All return request must be submitted through IG DM/Whatsapp/Email. We do not accept returns without our approval. After your return has been confirmed, we will issue a store credit via coupon code with a specific expiry date. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders. Store credits will be issued within 7 working days after we received your returned item, might take longer up to 30 working days during peak period.

We reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us outside our return policy. The return parcel is under customers’ responsibility and we are not liable for any lost return parcel/additional taxes incurred for return parcels.


We do not offer exchanges for unsatisfactory items at this moment. Should you prefer another size, it is highly recommended to proceed for a return in exchange for store credits,  following which, you may place a new order for your preferred size or colour.

HERA LABEL will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.
