By purchasing an item from HERA you hereby agree to the terms herein.

We accept returns on normal priced items for a full refund in store credits term where all parcels are required to reach our warehouse within 7 days (local) and 14 days (international) from the delivery date. All return request must be submitted through IG DM (@heralabel.co). We do not accept returns without our approval. 

All returned items must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn. Returns can only be made one time per order ID. Order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

After your return has been confirmed, we will issue a store credit via coupon code with a specific expiry date. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders. Store credits will be issued within 7 days after we received your returned item, might take longer up to 30 working days during peak period.

The following categories are not returnable: sale items, seasonal items (eg: cheongsam), orders made with promo codes or store credits (unless stated otherwise), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. The sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us outside our return policy. The return parcel is under customers’ responsibility and we are not liable for any lost return parcel/additional taxes incurred for return parcels.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for unsatisfactory items with a top up of delivery fees (WM RM8, EM RM18). Return postages are borned by customer. Please submit your return request via IG DM (@heralabel.co)
