Welcome to the www.heralabel.co website. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will apply to HERA LABEL, which is managed by Hera Clothing Enterprise, a company incorporated in Malaysia under the registration number 202103070945 (003246374-V).
HERA LABEL reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms. All sales are final and may not be amended.
USE OF HERA LABEL
We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use this Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping for products sold on HERA LABEL. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Certain services and related features that may be made available on this Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features; you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of this Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
ORDERS
Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email with an order number is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We reserve the right to reject any orders received due to following reasons: product ordered is out of stock, payment is not completed, and we are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or we suspect any fraudulent activity. Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders including Payment and Shipping information. HERA LABEL reserves rights to notify customer anything related to their order via social messenger application (eg: Whatsapp, FB messenger, Wechat & etc) under the customer information provided by the purchaser.
NOTICE
HERA LABEL may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and social messenger application (eg: Whatsapp, FB messenger, Wechat & etc) using the contact information you have provided to us. We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via iPay88. This includes all debit/credit cards, online banking, TnG e-wallet, Grab Pay & Boost. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared. Strictly no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of store credits. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within 30 minutes are the order confirmation email has been sent.
SHIPPING
The cost of delivery of your order will be displayed to you upon checking out your cart. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 working days (excluding holidays) from the order date. Once order is shipped, an email notification including tracking number will be sent. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order. Any delivery dates stated during the order process are estimates only. If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our delivery agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
RISK AND PROPERTY OF THE GOODS
Property and title to the Goods, risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the time when we have handed the Goods to the third party courier service provider to be shipped to the Purchaser.
As such, where parcels are lost during delivery, we will liaise with the third party courier service provider on behalf of the buyer to claim any requisite refund from it. Once the refund from the third party courier service provider is cleared, we will refund the amount refunded by the third party courier service provider to the buyer.
CORRECTION OF SITE ERRORS
The information on the HERA LABEL website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconveniences.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DEFECTS
We try our best to be accurate as possible in our descriptions of all products on our Site. All images of our product are for illustrative purposes only. As such, colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions or differences in devices screen calibration. Return due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. Please refer our Return & Refund policy here.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece due to fabric cut during production. Return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Measurements of products received may vary from the measurements advertised by 1-3cm. Such discrepancies will not be considered as defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit. If you believe you have received a defective item, please IG DM us with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.
BACKORDERS
Please only join backorder only if buyer is comfortable with the waiting period and any unforeseen delays. All backorder is estimated to arrive in 3-4 working weeks and is subjected to unforeseen circumstances. Arrival time varies for different item, please take note under our social media announcement.
Strictly no separate shipment for the same order ID. If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be shipped when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be shipped first, kindly separate in stock item(s) and backorder item(s) in different order. Kindly note that there may be slight colour differences for Backorder batches.Strictly no refunds if one backs out of paid backorder.
FREE GIFTS
Merging of orders to be eligible for free gift is not allowed. All free gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable in cash or store credits. All free gifts are while stocks last only. HERA LABEL reserves the right to replace free gift with equivalent worth of product without any notification in advanced. We will not be responsible should there be any damage or leakage occur during delivery.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree and undertake not to use the Site for:
- infringes or violate any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights
- defamatory, abusing, insulting, threatening or discrimination
- submitting false and misleading information

HERA LABEL is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. The Contract shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Purchaser agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Malaysia.
Notwithstanding the above, HERA LABEL shall be entitled to commence court legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting its intellectual property rights and confidential information by means of injunctive or other equitable relief.
We reserve our right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time without notice.
